The dancer is the very essence of dance.
Yes, there is the music.
Yes, there are the costumes,
Yes, there is a choreographer.
Yes, there are so many elements that make up a dance
But the heart. soul and breathe of life
Is the dancer.
To dance is to reach within
And release one's soul out into the eyes
Of those Who have come to watch
Is to speak clearly the essence of who we are through the dance
I will forever be grateful to these dancers
That, during one season of time,
We came together - laughed, searched, struggled
And finally created
Song Of Silence.
